Storage hosts are systems that use storage system LUN resources. A logical unit number (LUN) is an identifier that is used for labeling and designating subsystems of physical or virtual storage.

To rename host or host groups:

Select the storage system.

Select the host or host group and click
Modify.

In the Properties panel, type a new name for the host or host group and click
Apply.
Host or host group names must be unique from other hosts or host groups on the storage system and cannot exceed 64 characters. Only alphanumeric characters, underscores ( _ ), and (-) are allowed. Host or host group names are case-insensitive.
